People – their experience and knowledge. Technology – to enable people to implement their experience and knowledge more proficiently. While organisations spend time and budget improving these two areas, the area of process is often overlooked. Process enables us to do something better. It defines and standardize the way we do things, so we can improve and do new things or the same things better. Process is all about decreasing mistakes and increasing efficiency.
